  • For Time
  • 5,000 meter Run
  • Every 3 minutes, perform:
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Plank Push-Ups
  • 10 Alternating Lunges
  • Time Cap: 40 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible Run 5,000 meters. Every 3 minutes, perform 10 Burpees, 10 Plank Push-Ups, and 10 Lunges.

Score is the time on the clock when the 5,000 meter Run is completed.

Movement Standards

Plank Push-Up: From an Elbow Plank position, plant both of your hands to the ground for a full Plank Hold and then go back to the Elbow Plank.

Scaling Options

If the given variation is too hard for you, scale “Carey” by Running 3,000 meters instead of 5,000 meters.
