  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell Thrusters (32/20 kg)
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (32/20 kg)
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell Swings (32/20 kg)

Use one kettlebell. For the Thrusters hold the kettlebell in a goblet position and finish with the kettlebell and both arms overhead. Recommended time cap: 30 minutes

This benchmark workout from Fit Plus Dublin (Dublin, Ohio, USA) was submitted to us by John Katsares in November 2017, he said "My wife Elizabeth created this one for her group exercise class [in 2015]. When finished, you will have completed 165 burpees and 165 reps of the thrusters, DL/HP, and swings combined."
