CrossFit Games competitor, Noah Ohlsen, posted this high-volume workout to his YouTube channel on December 30, 2018, with a note: "Took a trip down to South Beach the other day to train with some friends and tackle this beast of a chipper. Grab a partner or take this on solo… Either way, you’ll have fun :)"

As with most of the workouts Noah creates, it will make sense for most people to scale this one - by reducing repetitions and/or substituting less technical or challenging movements. Our recommended time-cap is 40-minutes (about twice what it took Noah).
