  • 60 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • 6 Rope Climbs (15 ft)

One partner works while the other rests. Box jump height is the same for men and women.

This workout is a partner version of the original solo CrossFit WOD, "Beast 12." We first found the partner version posted by Snoridge CrossFit (Snoqualmie, WA, USA). Snoridge introduced some changes versus the original workout (e.g.: barbell hang squat cleans instead of dumbbell; good mornings instead of back extensions), but we have used the original "Beast 12" workout's movements here.
