About the wod

Background: The “Beast 12” WOD was originally posted on the CrossFit main site on December 30, 2004 (041230), and has been re-posted there multiple times since, but never officially by this name (or any name). Members of the CrossFit community started referring to the workout as “Beast 12,” for the number of movements, after its first few appearances.
