Background:"Bartender" is a benchmark WOD created by a popular functional training program by coach Ben Bergeron (we can't use the program's name) that includes a similar rep scheme but a modified movement pattern compared to the popular "DT" Hero WOD.

The workout was first posted to the workout creator's YouTube channel then to their instagram on June 20, 2019. The video featured CrossFit Games athletes, Katrin Davidsdottir and Bayden Brown going head to head.
