  • *1 Round of Cindy consists of:
  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 15 Air Squats

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the 90th Double-Under is completed.

Background: This workout came to us from CrossFit Coração de Leão @coracaodeleaocrosstraining in Brazil in 2020. The gym describes the long chipper as being designed to “reflect the inner strength and willingness not to give up on all of us.”
