  • 10 Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
  • 4 Legless Rope Climbs
  • 12 D-Ball Over Shoulders (150/100 lb)
  • 24 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 in)

One partner works at a time. Share the work as needed. Complete all rope climbs before moving on to D-Balls, etc.

CrossFit seminar staff and Games athlete Austin Malleolo wrote this on the board during a photo shoot with Dan Bailey on April 1, 2017. The two finished only 6 of the 10 rounds but did not state the time it took to do so. Regardless it's safe to say completing all 10 rounds would be an accomplishment for anyone.
