"Amanda" is one of the classic CrossFit "Girl" workouts, but it wasn't one of the originals (from 2003). This workout was added to the list of Girls when it was posted as the CrossFit workout of the day 7 years later - Saturday, July 17, 2010 (100717).

The workout was adapted as "Amanda .45" for the 2017 CrossFit games (13-11-9-7-5 Reps for Time of Muscle-Ups and Squat Snatches (135/95)).
