  • 13-11-9-7-5 Reps for Time
  • Muscle-Ups
  • Squat Snatches (135/95 lb)
  • Time cap: 13 minutes for males, 15 minutes for females

Athletes must complete 13 muscle-ups then 13 squat snatches, then 11 of each, 9 of each, 7 of each, and 5 of each.

Background: The "Amanda .45" was the 3rd of 13 workouts of the 2017 CrossFit Games. Dakota Rager took first place individual male with a score of 8:01. Jamie Greene took first place individual female with a score of 8:51. The event was held on day 1 - Thursday, August 3.

The workout is based on the original "Amanda" WOD - one of the classic CrossFit "Girls".

"The CrossFit Games are the world’s premier test to find the Fittest on Earth. They are world-renowned as a grueling test for the toughest athletes on Earth as well as a thrilling experience for spectators. Since its inception in 2007, the CrossFit Games became 'one of the fastest growing sports in America.'” The 2017 CrossFit Games was the first to be held in Madison, Wisconsin.
