- 4-3-2 Rope Climbs
- Rest 5 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work for 2 rounds. Athlete must complete 12 Power Cleans and 4 Rope Climbs before moving on to 9 Power Cleans and 3 Rope Climbs, and finally, 6 Power Cleans and 2 Rope Climbs. Rest 5 minutes before the second round.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Rope Climbs is completed.
