  • 3 Rounds of:
  • 30/22 calorie Row
  • 30 Dumbbell Bench Presses (2x50/35 lb)
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • Then, 3 Rounds of:
  • 30 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 100 Double-Unders
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • Finally, complete:
  • 30 Squat Clean Thrusters (165/110 lb)
  • Time Cap: 12 minutes for each section

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must complete each section within the 12-minute time cap. The first part is 3 rounds of 30/22 calorie Row and 30 Dumbbell Bench Presses. Rest 3 minutes after the last round of the Bench Presses. The second part is 3 rounds of 30 GHD Sit-Ups and 100 Double-Unders. Again, rest 3 minutes after the last round of the Double-Unders. Finally, complete 30 Squat Clean Thrusters.

Score is the time on the clock to complete the whole workout.
