- 27-24-21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Push-Ups
- 20 Jumping Air Squats (after each set of Push-Ups)
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. Athlete must complete 27 Push-Ups and 20 Jumping Air Squats, 25 Push-Ups and 20 Jumping Air Squats and so on.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Jumping Air Squats is completed.
Jumping Air Squat: This is a variation of the standard Air Squat wherein athlete jumps at full extension to complete the rep.
