- 1,000 meter Row for time
Establish the heavies one rep max Front Squat. Then, perform 5 rounds of 1 rep max Front Squats. After the Front Squats, Row for 1,000 meter for Time.
There will be two scores for this workout. Score A is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the one rep max Front Squat. Score B is the time on the clock when the 1,000 meter Row is completed.
