For Strength, perform 5 sets of 1 snatch at 82.5% of your 1 rep max. Completed a set every 1 minute 15 seconds.

For the Metcon, as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) perform the prescribed work in order written for 7 minutes of toes-to-bars and double-unders. Rest 3 minutes. Then, athlete will do another 7-minute AMRAP of strict handstand push-ups and double-unders.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetition completed before the 17-minute clock ends.
