In honor of all the victims, rescue teams, volunteers and countries that helped through the tough months after both destructive earthquakes that affected Mexico City and surrounding populations on both September 19, 1985 and September 19, 2017.

"While each movement of the workout has practical use during the rescue efforts of those days, each round ends with DB snatches, because rising a fist was the signal of rescue teams for everyone else helping on the fallen buildings to keep quiet, so they could hear any sound done by survivors beneath the debris, becoming a symbol of unity and hope."
