When a workouts is scored as “For Load,” the goal is to complete the prescribed work as heavy as possible (AHAP).
Depending on the workout instructions, the athlete may may either be required to pick a single weight for the workout or may work up to a heavy weight during the workout.
Either way, the score for “For Load” workouts is expressed as the total weight (in kilograms or pounds, eg: 200 kg or 440 lb).
