All the workouts of the day from the CF “main site” are listed here. Founder, Greg Glassman, developed the CF training regimen over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: “increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains.” He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health. Each day a new workout of the day is posted on their website, consisting of “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.”
