These workouts are posted on crossfit.com for free, each day. We re-post the workouts chronologically (sorted by ‘Newest’) for free as well. As a ‘Beastmode’ level member you can sort and filter all of these workouts and thousands more – by equipment, by movement, etc. – giving you more power to discover great WODs.
CrossFit founder Greg Glassman, developed this game-changing training regimen over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: “increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains.” He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health. Each day a new workout of the day is posted on their website, consisting of “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.”
