Below are all the workouts of the day from the CrossFit.com “main site.” CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by founder Greg Glassman over several decades. He was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health. Each day CrossFit posts a workout of the day on their website, consisting of “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.”
