  • 100 double unders
  • 10 rope climbs
  • 80 double unders
  • 8 rope climbs
  • 60 double unders
  • 6 rope climbs
  • 40 double unders
  • 4 rope climbs
  • 20 double unders
  • 2 rope climbs

Score is the time it takes to complete the workout.

The athlete should reach a point 15 feet above the ground on the rope climb.

Scale as you need. Single unders or jumping jacks instead of the double unders. Lying to stand rope climb instead of the rope climb.
