- AMRAP in 10 minutes
- 5 Deadlifts (225/135 lb)
- 5 Overhead Squats (135/95 lb)
- 5 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 5 Pistols
- Add 5 reps in each movement after every round.
The organizers describe the event as a way to “unite the community and provide an opportunity for us to test our fitness on a worldwide stage and to earn a spot to compete at the 2014 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival.” Standards shown here are for the Rx division (there are also Elite, Intermediate, Scaled and other divisions in the competition). 2014 was the Wodapalooza competition’s second year, growing from a local event in 2012.
