Background: The Wodapalooza Online Challenge & Qualifier (WZAOC) workout #1 & #2 - a 4 rep max shoulder-to-overheads and an AMRAP - were the first of six total workouts for the online event leading up to the 2014 @Wodapalooza Fitness Festival in Miami, FL.

Standards shown here are for the Rx division (there are also Elite, Intermediate, Scaled and other divisions in the competition). 2014 was the Wodapalooza competition’s second year, growing from a local event in 2012.

The organizers describe the event as a way to “unite the community and provide an opportunity for us to test our fitness on a worldwide stage and to earn a spot to compete at the 2014 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival.”
