About the wod
Background: “WZAOC Qualifier 13.3” was the last of three total workouts for the 2013 Wodapalooza Online Challenge to qualify for the live event in Miami, FL.
The organizers describe the event as a way to “unite the community and provide an opportunity for us to test our fitness on a worldwide stage and to earn a spot to compete at the 2013 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival.” Standards shown here are for the Rx division (there are also Elite, Intermediate, Scaled and other divisions in the competition). 2013 was the Wodapalooza competition’s second year, growing from a local event in 2012.
