This workout has two parts. Part A is composed of 1 rep max Snatch, 2 rep max Snatches, and 3 rep max Snatches. Part B is a sprint of Snatches, meter Row, Double-Unders, and Ring Muscle-Ups with a time cap of 17 minutes.

There will be two scores for this event. Score A is the total weight successfully lifted for the 1, 2, and 3 rep max Snatches. Score B is the time it takes to complete Part B of the workout.
