Background: This tribute workout is dedicated to William "Will" Lathrop Huntington IV who passed away unexpectedly on January 30, 2016.

We first found this workout posted by New London CrossFit @newlondoncrossfit (Waterford, CT, USA) and after contacting them confirmed that Will had been a coach there before his passing.

According to New London CrossFit, this workout is performed annually at their gym on the anniversary of Will's passing.
