- 50 foot Handstand Walk
- 5 Ring Muscle-Ups

- 15 second Free Handstand Hold (4'x4' box)
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.
Movement Standards
Handstand Walk: 25 feet down & back for Handstand Walk. Must complete 5 feet increments for scoring.
Handstand Hold: No part of the hands or fingers are allowed to touch the line, but you may move around within the box.
Front Squat: Dumbbells may be held any way on shoulders for Front Squats.
Muscle-Up: For the Muscle-Ups, a full lockout must be met at the top of each rep with shoulders over the Rings.
