TTT Winter is Coming Classic Workout #2
- For Time
- 300 foot Walking Lunges
- 50 Bar Facing Burpees
- 40 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
- 20 Clean-and-Jerks (185/135 lb)
- 20 Bar Muscle-Ups
- 10 Snatches (185/135 lb)
- Time Cap: 20 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written.
The first score is the time on the clock after the completion of the 50 Bar Facing Burpees. The second score is the total time to complete the workout or total reps completed before the 20-minute clock ends.
Lunge: 25ft Lunge segments. You must come to extension at the top of each Lunge, but you may step through.
Bar Facing Burpee: Chest and thighs must touch the ground on each Burpee rep. Two foot take off on bar facing burpees, but you may land on one foot.
Snatch: Power Clean-and-Jerk allowed. Power Snatch allowed.
Bar Muscle-Up: You may not rest on the Pull-Up Bar with your stomach or chest touching the Bar during Bar Muscle-Ups.

Background: Winter is Coming Classic #2 marks the 2nd workout out of 3 total WODs in the Training Think Tank “Winter is Coming” Series, programmed by the Coaches at Training Think Tank @trainingthinktank (TTT) during the 2020 Holiday Season.
The series of WODs included 3 workouts.
Max El-Hag of the Training Think Tank mentioned in their announcement video that they started this holiday series to give people a reason to train harder despite the holiday festivities.
