This memorial WOD is dedicated to Willem van Woerdan of CrossFit Amsterdam @crossfitamsterdam (Amsterdam, Netherlands), who died in a fatal car crash on the morning of May 26, 2018.

Near Den Helder, where he worked, a vehicle with two occupants hit the wrong side of the road and crashed into Willem’s car in a frontal collision. All 3 died at the scene.

Willem, only 30 years old, recently had a child, Kate, and together with his wife Maureen also has a 5-year-old son Sepp.

We first found this workout posted by Lucinda Dijkman (@luucje89) on Instagram.

We haven't been able to confirm this but appears the rep scheme "14, 11, 19, 87" represent Willem's birthdate (14 November, 1987).
