Score is the time it takes to complete 3 rounds.

First round is 30 inchworm push-ups and 50 sit-ups, second round 20 inchworm push-ups and 50 sit-ups, third and last round 10 inchworm push-ups and 50 sit-ups.

This workout is designed to work on your mid-line stabilization. The goal is to keep your core engaged during the inchworm push-ups. Abs tight all the time, specially during your push-ups. If you are losing your core and arching your lower back on the plank portion of the inchworm or while you are doing the push-ups, go with your knees on the floor so you can keep your core engaged.
