The workout begins with both athletes standing under their pull-up bar. At the call of go, one athlete will begin the first round. The athlete needs to finish all the movements before the other athlete can start with the next round. Athletes need to slap hands before the other athlete can proceed to the next round.

"WC 18.3" was the last of three team WODs for the 2018 Winter Classic. Competitors in the annual Winter Classic event chose to compete in the scaled division (called “Weekend Warrior”) or the Rx division (called “Everyday Hero”) for a chance to win their share of prizes awarded to the top three teams in each division.

The workout is based on the CrossFit Hero WOD "Bradshaw."
