Background: "Water Break" is a benchmark WOD created by a popular functional training program by coach Ben Bergeron @benbergeron (we can't use the program's name) that features three couplets with a running clock.

The workout was first posted to their YouTube channel on June, 2019 and featured CrossFit Games athletes Katrin Davidsdottir @katrinanja and Bayden Brown @bayden_brown.

This is a variant of one of CrossFit's "Girl" WODs, "Fran." The workout was first posted as the workout of the day on the CrossFit Main Site for Wednesday, September 21, 2016 (160921).
