“Wall Walk / Ball Slam / Evil Wheels”

- 100 Wall Walks
- 100 Ball Slams (40/30 lb)
- 100 Barbell Roll Outs
- Partition in any way.
With a running clock, complete the 300 reps as fast as possible (“For Time“).
Score is the time on the clock when all the 300 reps are completed.
Barbell Roll Out: Kneel on the AbMat with both of your knees. Hold the Barbell in front of you on the ground shoulder-width apart. Then, keep your knees on the AbMat while rolling the Barbell away from you until the Barbell is overhead. Roll back the Barbell towards you into the starting position. This counts as one rep.
