“Walk the Plank”

  • 10 Rounds for Max Distance
  • Max Effort Zercher Walk (60% Bodyweight)
  • 2 minute Plank Hold

This workout consists of 10 rounds for max distance of Zercher Walk. The Zercher Walk must be unbroken to count the distance in the final score. Once athlete puts the Barbell down, they must complete the 2 minute Plank Hold and this counts as one round.

Score is the total distance accumulated after the 10 rounds.

Movement Standard

Zercher Walk: Place the Barbell at the crook of your arms and bend your elbows to hold it in place. Walk the max distance possible without putting the Barbell down.
