  • From 9:00-15:00, establish:
  • 3 rep max Deadlifts

VetWOD 2019 was the second annual online-only functional fitness competition to benefit Mission 22, an organization that fights against veteran suicide.

VetWOD 19.1 was the first of three workouts in the competition which took place in August, 2019.
