CrossFit 1727 (Shrewsbury, MA, USA) created and first posted this “Up & Over” WOD as their workout of the day for for January 16, 2018. Coach Joe Shea submitted it to us, saying the intent was to create a benchmark WOD that would “challenge [their] members in different ways in a single workout.” “The deadlifts are moderately light but higher reps, the 10 burpees are just enough each round to slow you down and the power cleans are moderately heavy for a WOD but low rep. The goal is to do all movements unbroken.”
