With a running clock, complete the prescribed work in the order written as fast as possible (“For Time“).

Score is the time on the clock when the last Squat Clean is completed.

Movement Standards

Overhead Squat: You may Squat Snatch first rep. Hip crease must pass below the knee on each rep and full extension must be met at the top with the bar overhead and fully locked out.
