  • AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 30 Thrusters (95/65 lb)
  • 20 Burpees to Target (6 in)
  • 15 Deadlifts (315/225 lb)
  • 20 Burpees to Target (6 in)

On a 10-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 10-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Thruster: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top.

Burpee: You must measure 6 in above standing reach with arms overhead and hands together. Feet must be underneath hips. Chest and thighs must touch ground on each rep and you must clearly hit target with BOTH hands at the top of each rep⁣.⁣

Deadlift: No bouncing of the barbell. Elbows must stay straight throughout full range of motion.
