You must complete each of the two rounds within the 4min window. If you complete 2 rounds, you may move on immediately to the next 2 rounds.

Score is the total reps. For those who complete the workout, your tie break is the time it takes you to complete the entire workout.

Movement Standards

Snatch: Can be completed anyway. Fullextension must be met at the top of each rep.

Box Jump: Can be step up or jump, but full extension must be met at the top of each rep.

Bar Facing Burpee: Chest and thighs must touch the ground on each rep, you may jump over the Bar any way you would like. Body must be perpendicular to the bar on each rep.
