Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD

  • AMRAP in 12 minutes
  • 60 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb, 10/9 ft)
  • 45 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)
  • 15 Bar Muscle-Ups

On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 12-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Wall Ball Shot: 10′ for men, 9′ for women. Hip Crease must pass below the knee.

Alternating Dumbbell Snatch: May switch hands any time after rep is complete. Both heads of the DB touch the ground on each rep.

Bar Muscle-Up: Full extension must be met at the top of each rep. No resting at the top with torso in contact with the Pull-Up Bar.
