Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- For Time
- 2,000/1,700 meter Row
- 50 Alternating Pistols
- 30 Ring Muscle-Ups
- Time Cap: 20 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the time on the clock when the last Ring Muscle-Ups is completed.
Alternating Pistol: Hip crease must pass below the knee and full extension must be met at the top of each rep. Non-supported leg may not touch the ground at any time during the completion of a rep.
Muscle-Up: Full extension with shoulders over the ring must be met at the top of each rep. Arms must come to full extension at the bottom of each rep.
About the wod
Background: tttTD80 marks the eighthieth workout in the Training Think Tank Throwdown Series, programmed by the Coaches at Training Think Tank @trainingthinktank (TTT). It was performed as their 2020 Christmas WOD.
The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.
Each workout in the series is numbered sequentially (tttTD1, tttTD2, tttTD3…)
