  • Directly into, 10 Rounds of:
  • 12 Synchro Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
  • 25 Double-Unders (each)
  • 20 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

With a running clock, as fast as possible complete the prescribed work. The Row and the Dumbbell Snatches can be split up any way.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Dumbbell Snatches is completed.
