  • * If all reps are completed, time cap extends by 4 minutes.

Three rounds for the two movements should be done before moving into the next section of the workout. If the athlete completed the first two rounds in the 8-minute time cap, the athlete will be given four more minutes to finish the next round. Same as the next round until the whole workout is completed within the time cap of 24 minutes.

Score is the time on the clock when the workout is completed. If the athlete fails to complete the workout, score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the time cap.

Movement Standards

Toes-to-Bar: Both feet must touch the Pull-Up Bar at same time for rep to count.

Bench Press: Must have a spotter. If the spot touches the Bar it is a no rep, whether they help or not. Hips must stay on the Bench at all times and feet must remain on the floor. Full lockout must be met at the top of each rep.
