Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- For Time
- 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
- Dumbbell Squats (2x50/35 lb)
- Bar Facing Burpees
- Then, in the remaining time, establish:
- 1 rep max Clean
- Time Cap: 12 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work on the Dumbbell Squats and Bar Facing Burpees. Athletes will work their way from 10 reps each movement, 9 reps, down to 1 rep. Then in the remaining time from the 12-minute time cap, establish a 1 rep max Clean.
There will be two scores in this workout. Score A is the time on the clock to complete the Dumbbell Squats and Bar Facing Burpees. Score B is the heaviest weight successfully lifted for the Clean.
