  • 30 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 9 Squat Cleans (225/155 lb)
  • 50 foot Handstand Walk
  • 7 Squat Cleans (225/155 lb)
  • 50 foot Handstand Walk
  • 5 Squat Cleans (225/155 lb)
  • 50 foot Handstand Walk
  • Time Cap: 12 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the time on the clock when the last set of the Handstand Walk is completed.

Movement Standards

Deadlift: Full extension at the top of each rep with no arm bend at the bottom of each rep. Must change your own weights.

Handstand Push-Up: 36″x24″ box, feet must come together at the top of each rep.

Squat Clean: Hip Crease must pass below the knee at the bottom of each rep. Full extension must be met at the top of each rep with the bar on your shoulders.

Handstand Walk: 5-foot segments. Hands must start below the line and you must pass the line with both hands before coming down.
