Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD

  • AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 5 Dumbbell Snatches (2x50/35 lb)
  • 8 Toes-to-Bars
  • 36 Double-Unders

On a 10-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of the prescribed work in the order written.

Score is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed before the 10-minute clock stops.

Movement Standards

Toes-to-Bar: Both feet must touch Bar at same time, both feet must pass behind the vertical line of Pull-Up Bar.

Dumbbell Snatch: One head of each Dumbbell must touch the floor and the Dumbbells must go overhead in one fluid motion – you may not touch your shoulders.

Double-Under: Two passes underneath feet on each jump.

Background: tttTD60 marks the sixtieth workout in the Training Think Tank Throwdown Series, programmed by the Coaches at Training Think Tank @trainingthinktank (TTT).

The Throwdown Series started as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.

Each workout in the series is numbered sequentially (tttTD1, tttTD2, tttTD3…)
