Background: This workout, called "Sluggo," was created in memory of Chris Moore @barbellbuddha, one of the original members of the popular "Barbell Shrugged" @barbellshrugged podcast.

Also called "tttTD2," it marks the second workout in the Training Think Tank Throwdown Series, programmed by the Coaches at Training Think Tank @trainingthinktank (TTT).

The Throwdown Series started in May, 2019 as a weekly workout posted online by TTT, along with a video demonstration and in-depth discussion on strategy, tips, and techniques.

Each workout in the series is numbered sequentially (tttTD1, tttTD2, tttTD3...)

As noted in the demo video, "Sluggo" was programmed by the coaches at Training Think Tank, and is composed of some of Chris' favorite movements.
