Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- AMRAP in 12 minutes
- 6 Hang Power Snatches (95/65 lb)
- 6 Bar Facing Burpees
- 6 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb)
- Directly after, establish:
- 1 rep max Hang Squat Clean-and-Jerk
- The time window for this is equal to the number of rounds completed in the AMRAP.
On a 12-minute clock, perform as many rounds and repetitions as possible (AMRAP) of 6 Hang Power Snatches, 6 Bar Facing Burpees, and 6 Overhead Squats. Then, establish a 1 rep max Hang Squat Clean-and-Jerk. The time window for this is equal to the number of rounds completed in the AMRAP. If the athlete finished 6 rounds, they will have 6 minutes to establish 1 rep max Hang Squat Clean-and-Jerks.
Score A is the total number of rounds and repetitions completed in the 12-minute clock. Score B is the heaviest load successfully lifted for the 1 rep max Hang Squat Clean-and-Jerk.
Burpee: No stepping over the Bar – must be facing Bar for each Burpee.
Hang Squat Clean: Must be a hang, above the knee, Squat Clean.
