  • Time Cap: 15 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 10 rounds.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Bar Muscle-Ups is completed.

Movement Standards

Thruster: Hip crease must pass below the knee with Bar in the front rack position. At the top of each rep your arms, hips and knees must be fully extended in a straight line.

Bar Muscle-Up: Must reach full extension at the top and your hand may not come off the Pull-Up Bar.
