Training Think Tank Throwdown WOD
- For Time
- 30 Pull-Ups
- 50 Thrusters (45/35 lb)
- 1,000 meter Row
This workout is the reverse sequence of the Jackie Benchmark WOD. With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written.
Score is the time on the clock when the 1,000 meter Row is completed.
Row: 1,000 meter set to countdown on Row Erg.
Thruster: Hip crease must pass below the knee with Dumbbells on your shoulders. At the top of each rep your arms, hips, and knees must be fully extended in a straight line.
Pull-Up: Chin must pause at the horizontal plane of Pull-Up Bar and arms must come to full extension at the top.
